Crypto encounter of the different kinds [EN]

This is a brief introduction for my first set of posts in which I will address the topics of cryptocurrencies from my perspective. Being this cryptocurrency world something so complex and strange I decided to give it a bit of an "Alien" shade and use encounters of different kinds; which I will address in my following posts. Keep reading to understand what I mean.

My main goal, from these posts, is to make the concepts so technical, economically and technologically speaking, in a simpler way. Let's face it the economy is not simple although that is what they try to teach/sell us; but since I worked in a banking related company I have realized that it is not so, and that the different ways of interacting between the parties (companies and/or people) through a contract can be as complex as they want, and hence my interest in transmitting the basic concepts that I manage to teach and who knows teach me back too, and how all that relates to cryptocurrencies.

In the era of the 80s and 90s there was a media culture about encounters with "Aliens", and there was talk of classifications about the alleged encounters that strangely and mostly originated in the United States =), I leave you with an enigmatic movie of the time:

Close Encounters of the Third Kind

For those who do not understand what I'm talking about and have not been a little "geek" on the subject of "Alien", I will proceed to explain what these encounter kinds mean and how I will "Alienise" the subject of cryptocurrencies using these concepts, which are classified into 5:

  • First kind: when you see a UFO in the distance.
  • Second kind: when the UFO is closer and/or leaves evidence of the fact.
  • Third kind: when you see the occupants of the UFO.
  • Fourth kind: when you are abducted and experiments are performed in the UFO.
  • Fifth kind: when there is communication between aliens and humans.

Based on the above you should already, more or less, imagine how my next set of posts will be divided; I will try to give some brief explanations of how I started to know cryptocurrencies, my highs and lows in them, and how I got here and finally what will be my next plans.

I will use this post also as a reference index for the following posts involved in this set so I hope you enjoy them.

Before I continue and if you have come this far but still don't know anything about cryptocurrencies I recommend you to at least create your Publish0x profile; this way you will start to benefit and later I will explain how to get those benefits.
