Well actually, there is. On openbazaar.org you can buy and sell stuff for Bitcoin. Just download their program, open your shop and start selling. Whatever you want!
In my experience, there is rarely any scamming on there, even though it has no central entity controlling it. Just don't let yourself in on "too good to be true" offers. It is generally composed of honest people trying to sell some goods for cryptocurrency. It is all based on open source code and very easy to use. There are some negatives though. For example that, there is a possibility that if you are not careful, you can lose a lot of money. So just be careful when using it.
The GUI is very easy to understand, there is a big selection of physical and electronical goods. Like books for example.
In general it is a great idea with a good execution and I will keep using it.
