Hbar?

So what are your thoughts on Hbar? I don’t know how I feel about it Eeh? I like the finality in 3-5 seconds as opposed to Cardano being sumthin like 5 minutes. Hbar is also low in price per token rn (30 cents). Two questions:

1) Does anyone see this breaking 100 bucks a token?

2) How do you feel about the governing council? Does it seem centeralized in a way?
