Bitcoin Fear and Greed Index just hit 21 - extreme fear - all the Twitter comments confirm, now's the time to load up!

At 7:30 PM New York City time, the infamous Twitter account Bitcoin Fear and Greed Index @BitcoinFear posted that the score for the index was at 21. This is a level deemed as "extreme fear." And, usually when smart investors start to buy the dip. I would expect a swing up from here, but, do your own research.
