Man what a trip! One moment NFTs were something we didn't talk much about, to now and by now I mean, OMG NFTS!!!
Personally, I was amazed at all the artists coming out and sharing their memes and vidart. Then the wake of other NFT platforms flooded the market and here we are, talking about NFTs and how rapidly they hit mainstream.
For me, I had plenty of artwork on several devices that I never really thought about selling. Friends and family always told me I should sell my art but I was stuck in the mindset I would need to print them and try selling them on Ebay.
After reading an article about artists like myself finally finding an outlet, I was excited about the opportunity. I pointed the old browser at Rarible and then I noted the prices. To mint a NFT just on Rarible was expensive, never mind a ERC.
Then I found AirNfts.
I went nuts posting my for sale art items. I would rather get paid in BNB and be able to cheaply list my art without spending 100s of dollars on Ethereum. Since my artwork takes sometimes months if not years to be finished, I want the best return on my art.
These pieces are not quickly made and the time I put into them means a lot to me as it would any true artist.
There are other NFT platforms that I'm learning about. Like Davinci.gallery for instance. Where you can use Harmony to buy and sell NFTs. Since I support Harmony, I think I'll try it out.
The point is, what we see happening right now with NFTs is just the start. Physical items like Jewelry or clothing will be next. There's also the idea of digital tickets, contracts and services coming into play.
Platforms like EARNX, where using RFID Chips and Blockchain is coming together to help sell and track authentic material objects.
VeChain isn't even behind here. There is plenty coming out soon in the VeChain space too. Just don't blink.
I however love the idea of selling contracts on the BNB Blockchain.
Doing that is simple. Just an example here but actually viable. Let's say for example you are a crypto project looking for influencers. Maybe you want someone to write an article for exposure purposes. You find someone who sells 1200 word articles for marketing. That person could sell you a NFT ticket or contract that would buy his services.
That NFT would be like this one.
If you would like a 1200+ review article written for your project and published as a grass roots marketing campaign, click here.
There you go. Done.
In all reality, keep your eyes open on new platforms hitting the space. Tron, BNB, Vet and others will be setting up NFT platforms because… well...everyone else is.
Imagine the possibilities, 5 years down the road. NFTs could be all we use for buying and selling online.
Thank-you for reading.
