The World of Crypto isn't what it was..
I'm going to list my BTC and ETH wallet addresses and YOU are going to send me whatever amount you feel like sending me... Maybe...Probably not... Very doubtful actually. No, I know better, but what the heck, let's see if the heart of crypto still has a heart.
The idea here is to test the philanthropist philosophy that is supposed to be at the heart of Crypto.
I remember the good old days of crypto, when people handed out Bitcoin like candy. Everyone was willing to share, mainly because they were only worth .20 cents apiece when I first learned about BTC, but also because people believed that crypto was meant for everyone. That crypto was going to feed the world and end poverty and, and, and...
Now though, the symptom of greed and hoarding our wealth is slowly taking control of the heart of Crypto.
The whole point behind what was started by btc, was to fight the machine of greed found at the heart of fiat currencies. Now that same greed has started to flourish in what we all take part in and with that greed comes the symptoms that follow Government controlled currencies.
Theft. Corruption. Desensitization of seeing hungry people struggling to makes ends meet. Poverty. Destitution. Criminality. All of these articles of fiat's earned reputation are creeping into folds of the crypto community.
We are forgetting the principle behind what crypto was meant to be, because all we see now are the dollar signs behind the coins.
90% plus of coin investments turn into a national currency within 20 days of purchase or mining. Which means we have taken Crypto from a form of freedom to a middleman for greed.
This is a test to the fact that greed is now all we have left in the world of crypto.
We have left behind the meaning of philanthropy and freedom, for wealth and greed, without a way to go back to what crypto was meant to be.
This isn't a beggars post for crypto.
In fact, I trust that nobody who reads this post will open a wallet and try to prove me wrong. I know better, I know what drives crypto owners to hoard their wealth and it will never stop.
Because I believe strongly that we all can benefit from the sharing of crypto, I also believe that 99% of you do not share that belief and will prove me right.
My intentions are simple and honest. Let's see if the claim that decentralized currency will help end the struggle of life's dependency on the "Slave to the Grind" moto created by fiats and national governments.
If you believe in Cryptocurrency and the ideals it represents, prove it and prove me wrong.
