Mystical Misfit I
This one is about a new ager who back in 92' was having the time of his life, doing odd jobs, later deciding to live off the land only to be found dead in an old abandoned bus in which he seemed to have lived for a while. The young man is the legendary Chris Mclandless. Not sure if the last name was messed with, what I know for sure is that there was tons of people having sleepless night for more than twenty years over Chris's death. The guy did communicate with the outside world during his days living off the land , he send post cards, photos of himself and his kills and views. A journal was found with him,he noted down everything everyday spend out living off the land. His last words was recorded "Happiness is only true when shared" there must be a lot of people that can actually agree to this statement because of the happiness they have from whoever they get it from. For some of us what Chris did was truly legend, some of us still go out there and get lost in the outside moments for months on end not knowing if we'd ever return, with little to no care in the world of safety or survival all we want to do is block out the noise without prejudice, judgement or the obvious. Because it's obvious that we are just not there yet, call it denial or whatever but being out there is truly amazing. Once you detach from all the neediness of the fibble meatsuit we all fancy ourselves in, adorned with masks both physical and otherwise going on transactions and what not. That's actually really nice and there's a kick in that but it doesn't come close to the feeling of being out there. The question is how long? Yeah, how long will one keep up with that, as in can one actually make a life like that? Turns out people have been doing it for hundreds of years, there's nothing new under the sun.
[When I personally realize this, I really see and comprehend how much smaller I am in the grand scheme of this which also tells me how much of everything and everyone I am. So it's about the illusion of separation that we get from being too attached to this fibble meat set up that does nothing but weather away in due time. A lifetime is really nothing compared to eternity. ]
As the pressure intensifies, the numbers of those giving in and giving up increase, but those left with no choice or rather that they have embodied their philosophies so much that even though it could be a lie in that time, further research will have you know that "what the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve"
When embodying your philosophies, you find that, willpower really is a force to be reckoned with. Break you down they will, sell you lies they must, give up, take this, do that but never! They say never say never but once your ships are all burned up in this game, you realize that the only way out is your way, [wether you take it or not, it's still your way]
