Gone in a flash

Given my heart for all to take.

Few have taken as much as you, but

who knew that we all needed someone.

We can have our fun,

though in the long run,

it will only cause the pain I feel.

I’ll put up a fight however it might,

cost me more than before.

Could wind up lost and never be found,

without a sound, gone forever.

Never to be seen again.

And that will be my end.
