A topic so popular that they created a movie and a show about it. No one has ever not gotten angry. Even the most peaceful Tibetan monk was once a child angry because they did not get their way. Is anger a tool to be used to make life better or is it something we look to eradicate all together?
Depending on your life and how many people you interact with on a regular basis, you will get angry by the actions of another person. Not to mention, all the terrible things that are going on in the world that could cause anger on a daily basis just by turning on the news. How do we find any peace at all?
A key thing to remember is to not get angry over which you cannot control. Which could lead to being angry about not being able to control things. It’s important to distinguish between the things you have no control over and the things you do. If we all just focused on the things in life we can control, we would have more accountability in the world. There is something in all of us that can be improved upon.
How we react to anger is something to be looked at carefully.

•How to resolve the anger so it is not reaccuring?
If we could just ask ourselves certain questions about our anger, we could in time help reveal the issues that plaque the world. It all starts with ourselves
