Okay here we go...

I just set my first baby steps into the NFT Galaxy so I am not your all knowing NFT Jedi Master.

The only reason I write this little article is because I met people that struggle ....sometimes even more than I do.

They ask me, a Baby, for support. So therefore this little peace of Virtual Advice. 

And no I am not gonna tell where NFT stand for you can Google that yourself.

I will give you one hint...it does not stand for No Forced Treatment, although they might need to put a warning on each NFT as they are highly addictive.

So basic step one before  you can start collecting these funny digital trading cards is a WAX account. For those of you already on ATOMICHUB just scroll down to the good part....where I share my hunting grounds. 

How to get your WAX Wallet

 So we go to https://wax.atomichub.io/

And there choose WAX Mainnet as it´s the most common one.

Then hit Login and it you will be asked for the following.

So click on WAX Cloud Wallet and click on login.

And now just use your email to sign up.

Now if you are on BRAVE Browser make sure to disable the Shields otherwise you will be stuck in Loading Transaction.

Okay so their is your WAX wallet and that is all you really need those beautiful 5 digits  rx2r4.wam (feel free  to send your freebies my way btw).

Get the NFT Party Started

For any giveaway or other freebie contest that address is what you need to share. Now for the fun part where do you find those freebies?

One of my Favorite hunting grounds is TORUM. If you follow the right people and check your feeds for the keyword WAX regular you are sure to dig up some gems. For those unfamiliar to TORUM, it´s( I hate the phrasing) easiest described as crypto Facebook.

An other great place is Telegram https://t.me/freenftdrops  or just scrolling throught the drop list on ATOMIC HUB https://wax.atomichub.io/drops/ and of course their are upcoming noise chambers like https://noise.cash/n/nfts & https://noise.cash/n/nft .

Their are probably also many places like on Reddit, Discord and Twitter that will provide good hunting grounds...but I did not get that deep into the NFT woods... If there are any experienced hunters reading this...feel free to drop your fav. places in the comments to help a noob out.

Make sure you get the fresh WAX ASAP

Now one piece of solid advice is ....do not run out of RAM.

Don´t go straight away All-in NFT hunting, because you will end REKT like I did. Which means without enough RAM to get an new freebie or sell a NFT to buy more RAM.

If I remember correctly, I ran out of RAM after about 7 NFTs. So make sure you list some of your first NFTs as soon as you caught them. 1 WAX is already enough to buy a bunch of RAM...which will allow you to keep hunting, but eventually you want spent 3-4 WAX on RAM.

If you run out of RAM and you have no WAX you are basically dead in the water till somebody sends you some WAX, so don´t say I did not warn you.

Hence, always sell your first free NFTs asap, and make sure you are just a bit below market price...because you do not want to wait, you want to keep hunting.

Pssst for those that still do not know what NFT means (why are you still reading) and were to lazy to Google let me give you a hint......

Like i said real basic NFT Noob stuff, but as there are billions of noobs (me included) out there maybe you liked it anyway.
