There are other types of foods such as alcohol that also make our decisions are altered so it is better to avoid consuming them. My recommendation is that when investing, look for hours in which you have rested and have eaten well, such as after breakfast.

My advice may seem really insignificant, but if you follow it for a while you may notice the results.
