AMC is to become the first theater chain to accept cryptocurrency as a payment option.
AMC Entertainment’s CEO Adam Aron announced in a shareholder's call Monday that it will start accepting bitcoin for online ticket and concession purchases by the end of 2021.
This is fantastic news and a win-win for crypto investors and meme stock traders!
Bitcoin appears to be bullish once again and seems to be back on track to hitting all time highs in the next few months.
AMC, like it’s distant relative GME, is a meme stock and does not follow the rules of fundamental and technical analysis. I can see AMC surging to higher highs in an instant and without warning!
I personally believe that thanks to the internet and social media, ANYTHING can happen. It was such an amazing event to see retail investors like you and I doubling and tripling their investments when they held their AMC and GME stocks with Diamond hands.
