Cryptocurrency "OGs" Don't Exist- Be Very Skeptical of So Called "Gurus"
Cryptocurrency trading is new. It's true that many of the technical and macro indicators are similar to those seen in Forex, commodity and stock trading metrics, but the market is still under regulated and less than a decade old.
Follow your instincts and avoid so called gurus and those who promote trading these insanely volatile assets.
Yes, during the bubble of 2017 I made a nice amount of money trading cryptocurrency. I also had no I idea what cryptocurrency was, or what the underlying technology entailed. If you asked me at that time, it was all magical tulips that only went up. I was making nice returns by simply opening Bittrex and Binance and flipping coins. I knew nothing and could have passed myself off as a guru.
Now that I know more, I'm taking a long-term perspective. I am slowing accumulating and earning coins and learning more. I endorse Tron and STEEM, and am active in their dApp spaces. I understand more, but am not a guru. I could easily misrepresent myself as one.
Keep on learning, investing and trading cryptocurrency. Trust your instincts, do your own due diligence and be smart. It's your hard earned money.
