Despite the Bitcoin rollback that occurred in the second half of the week, the fundamental indicators of the cryptocurrency continue to improve. This point of view is held by many experts.

At the end of May, analysts at BlockTower Capital noticed a positive trend.

They published a review in which they predicted that the largest digital currency would maintain upward momentum. In this case, periodic kickbacks are allowed, but they will not have a long-term effect on the asset.

Recall that BTC this week was unable to break above $ 10,000 and retreated after the fall of US stock indices. However, the coin never dropped below the psychological mark of $ 9000, which gave rise to many analysts to announce the achievement of the so-called “bottom”.

Today, BTC is trading at $ 9,429, over the past day, the cryptocurrency capitalization has increased to $ 173.526 billion.

Researchers from the BlockTower Capital team believe that in the coming months, the fundamental indicators of bitcoin will improve much faster than before. This will happen in the context of macroeconomic instability and growing geopolitical tensions.

First of all, this concerns the monetary policy of central banks that aggressively print money, which increases the risks of their depreciation. A similar point of view is held by Bloomberg strategist Mike McGlone.

He pointed out three key factors that positively affect the long-term prospects of bitcoin.

Firstly, cryptocurrency continues to mature as "digital gold." Secondly, the price of BTC is now moving along approximately the same path that was observed after the halving in 2016 (reduction in the reward of miners).

Thirdly, the risks of exacerbating volatility remain, however, in a fundamental sense, cryptocurrency is more tuned to growth than to a new pullback, the expert concluded.
