Have you ever noticed there appears to be lulls in the amount of attention crypto gets? We seem to be in one over the last few months. While crypto inherently has volatility in its movements, the BTC price is practically flat since March 1st of this year. Hovering around the low 60,000s.
Since I can't tell the future, I have no idea what this means for the long run of crypto, I just know over the last few months, there has not been a lot of buzz. The ETF talk at the beginning of the year drove the price of BTC and ETH up, but, since then...crickets.
I know here on Publish0x, it is wall to wall crypto, but, outside of sites dedicated to crypto, the news is slow.
I could mean one of many of things:
- Crypto is losing steam.
- Crypto is just not top of mind with other economic concerns, wars and elections taking our attention.
- Crypto is setting in as a normal currency.
- Crypto has now been mainstreamed and we are tired of hearing about it non-stop.
- It could mean absolutely nothing.
Any thoughts?
