Hi every crypto ones

This time, quite sad for my lost, but with a higher wisdom now. I want to warn you what have happened to me recently

As some know, I have collected faucets for more than a stright year 

And into others, I've collected u$12 worth in MATIC, so you can see in my metamask wallet

But I wanted to swap it to Bitcoins, so then I could convert it to my local currency. Metamask doesn't allow you do so

Then I decide to export my funds to my Coinbase wallet... And it was my worst decision since I am into the cripto world

Why?

I havent see in time the Coinbase warning that reads:

COINBASE WALLET DON'T SUPPORT POLYGON NETWORK. ONLY ETC ER-20.  A TRANSACTION OVER POLYGON WILL CAUSE TO LOSE YOUR FUNDS

My jaw dropped to the floor

As you can see next, the transaction appears in the Polygon blockchain

... but my money just vanished somewhere in the web

Conclussion:

It´s important to check the adresses from export to import, but the most main thing is to check the Network compatibility. I've learned it in the hard way so I hope this information were useful to you
