During my treadmill workout - and of course, earning multiple crypto tokens, a few things caught my eye on my news feed and emails:
- The SEC, you know, the government entity that's supposed to "protect" investors?, has become a major roadblock for the bankrupt Celsius to payback its shareholders and retail customers. Go figure?
- Apple Customers. you know, the people who are supposed to be so loyal to Apple that they get fleeced at the checkout counter?, have filed a class Action lawsuit AGAINST Apple for colluding with Venmo and others to discourage the use of crypto payments.
- Related to the Kraken situation, Cardano and Solana are now being targeted as "securities" by the SEC.
"It's a 'spiracy, I tell ya! A 'spricay 'gainst da brown man!"
