That’s why I never add a new coin or token to my crypto portfolio without doing my own due diligence, aka “Uber Research” - complete with an assessment of my
personal risk threshold, SWOT analysis, best and worst case scenarios, entry/exit strategy, principal preservation(via staking, farming, governance rewards) and red flag trading triggers.

After dissecting the Internet Computer Project to my satisfaction; meaning, IMHO, it is an attractive asymmetrical risk/reward opportunity, I transferred a few inexpensive, fast tps and low/no network fee tokens (e.g., XRP, XLM, TRX, STEEM, HIVE, etc.) to Poloniex, traded them into USDT and finally, used the USDT/ICP trading pair to purchase ICP.
Only time will tell if I made the right decision…
