Following my recent foray into trading bots, I came across Hummingbot. It's a free and open source bot that lets you set up strategies on major exchanges. It was really easy to install and use. I just needed to import my wallet keys and api keys for exchanges (I was using CEXs but it also supports DEXs) and then I was ready. I configure the built in arbitrage bot, and let it run. Right now, I'm down a little bit, but I haven't let it run for a while. I will leave it running and make an update soon. Overall, Hummingbot was really easy to install and set up, and while the built in strategies are good, they aren't very competitive so you need to code your own strategy and import it if you want it to be effective. I don't know what the best strategies are, so in the future I will research it and try to code my own.
