Blockchain is intended for storage of data, in an immutable way that is secure and transparent. Initial deployment that pushed early adoption is for financial services that could be paid globally, without country borders that are restricting transactions.
Bitcoin has done the favour to blockchain to broaden group of people that are interested in blockchain and underline infrastructure of Bitcoin, especially when Bitcoin value rose in 2017 and number of adopters raised accordingly. Due to increased amount of money in the industry, many turned to crypto currencies and crypto industry to be part of evolution and make money. This introduced number of projects that adopted blockchain for various examples, and made it one of the most perspective terms in the next decade.
One of the blockchain applications is for social networks, and in the niche of freelance work, with all advantages that blockchain is offering in terms of immutability, security and trust. Freelance networks have a lot of issues with originality, copyright rights and professional’s ratings. Intelligent Hero project, https://intelligent.community//, which is coming from Estonia, is proposing social network where user rating will enable rights and services for the user. It is that simple, higher the user rating, higher the number of rights and services that user can see and take in the network. Content that can be enabled only for higher status user can include contest tasks with prizes, reward tasks from the platform, employer tasks on the network, promotional tasks from network developers, sponsored content on the platform and bounty programs. User shall be logged-in with decentralized application or meta-mask, and it is expected to solve audience attraction to the project, obtain possibilities that are coming with user rank and change content consumption for each user, based on their status.
Community features include intelligent aspects as security to prevent to abuse and victimise employees by employers and vice versa. User friendly application is understood, but prior to publishing technical team shall deal with all bugs in the system, with integration with third-party decentralized application and trust in the community.
Skills validation shall be verified through tests, which can be basic tests that are generated by the platform and custom tests that will be generated by users. All passed tests will be validated through simple tasks with limited time to answer, to decrease number of frauds in the system.
Monetization shall be done through HERO token, that will be used both internally, as a mean of payment and transaction for various services in the platform, including possibility to reach to number of high rank users, and externally through business accounts for recruiters, training providers, advertisers, targeted groups and companies that are dealing with big data.
With above platform summary in main, one can conclude that there is a market for this application, since freelancers and recruiting markets are growing, and trust issue is there to be dealt with. Skilled professionals are being turned down by recruiters due to a number of scammers that are also applying for certain jobs, with irregular applications and plagiarised works, that cannot be easily proved and this is pulling the whole industry down. One system based on trust that is archived on an immutable blockchain could make difference, and Intelligent Hero could be the one that will done it.
