Hello fellow icarians, as you’re probably aware, we’ve started an Airdrop campaign on the 1st of April this month. It’s a big one, with 5,000 potential winners at the end of it and $50,000 worth of rewards (in $ICA, of course).

If you’ve been following us, you already know that the team has been manually reviewing all the entries that participated in the Airdrop. The objective here, as always, was to promote community engagement and participation.

Unfortunately, we’ve seen an overwhelming number of fake entries, i.e accounts created for the sole purpose of receiving Airdrops from different projects (we told you we were checking from the very beginning!). Now don’t get us wrong, we anticipated this! We just didn’t anticipate this number to be above 85%, which unfortunately is the case.

Because of this reason, our hand has been forced to change some of the rules of the Airdrop. Not only must we do this to preserve the longevity of the project, but to also reward true icarians, that is, members of the community who are actually participating in our project. If you’re not one of them, you still have time to get involved, 5 days exactly!

Ok, below are the changes to our Airdrop campaign:

• We will prioritize Airdrop to active ICA LP holders. The reward amount will be directly proportional to the value staked and Airdropped across all stakers according to their share. Airdrop total prize = 42,500 $ICA
• We will reward 750 lucky winners with 10 $ICA! That is, those ~15% of you who are actually legitimate. Airdrop total prize = 7,500 $ICA
