I literally read the bitcoin whitepaper yesterday.
Did I understand some of the words? Yes. The overarching theme? Yes. The technical bits? No.
So that's what you can expect from this blog.
First off, lemme just say that I love to learn. So I literally have over 100 crypto/NFT/blockchain/YouTubes/subreddits/wallets/blogs open right now. And I am overwhelmed as hell. I'm eating it slowly but surely, but there's not like, a "Learning Path" ya know?
I mean, I went on a hard-core two hour reading binge about cryptopunks. Like WHAT!? I have about $50 of crypto right now that I made from Coinbase Earn. But that's it. This blog is for me to write stupid things to you nice people so we can all learn. And maybe I'll buy a cryptopunk one day.
What is so interesting is how there are these super kind and excited communities all built around these cryptos. And how the cryptos themselves seem to have personalities. Like how Dogecoin is like, "I will literally excommunicate anyone unkind from the DogeCoin community." lol. Twitter, yo. So good.
Cool thing I learned this week, hexadecimal. From 0-9 and a-f. For a total of 16 characters. That's related to mining somehow, right? Like, you have to find the right code to get rewarded. Yeah, I think that's it. The more I looked into BTC mining, I was like "Damn!" people have whole datacenters for that, my gpu ain't gonna do anything.
Anywho, that's what I've got.
Future topics I also want to write about are NFT (non-fungible token) community, since people are just making stuff up and selling it! That's so dope for like digital artists!! Why the hell are there more and more cryptos? When will the crypto consolidation begin? And assigning theme songs to different crypto currencies.
