Today, some dude on CVn bought my entire discography on Band Camp, for more than the asking price and made my month. Frigging schweet awesome-sauce, man! Woot! Flogging my content like mad on CVn has paid off. Now, I just need to take action on the next steps:
- Get my songs/videos onto Hideout TV and Apple Music.
- Move my NFTs off OpenSea and onto some other platform/marketplace, since OpenSea is currently giving me (and potential buyers) issues. More on that in my next post.
Sadly, I'm highly unlikely to make a living from doing the things that I love and which bring me contentment/give my life meaning and purpose (particularly since it seems people no longer buy and download music in the age of "free" streaming), but it's a step in the right direction. On that note, I'd best get back to finding a soul-crushing TradFi fiat-farming Web 2.0 job just to get by.
In case you haven't heard my stuff yet, sniff this, Wendy. How does it make you feel?
Most of it's really good, right? And now, for something that reflects my mood:
