I having been working on an album on and off for maybe a year or so (maybe a little less). Despite collaborating with a singer friend to get vocals for one of the tracks, for which I wrote lyrics, I've not managed to make headway there. However, I cannot wait any longer for that person to come through for me. I have reached a stage where I have decided to release what I have. I can always release a single later if needs be.

I've released my album on Band Camp. Hopefully, I'll make some money from it. However, since I am an unsigned unknown, I'm not going to hold my breath or expect to make much from it. It's the first album which I feel is worthy of putting out for sale (although definitely not the first one I've made by any means). If it does well enough, I might release a selection of my earlier works.

On that bombshell, I'm probably going to be taking a break for at least a week, maybe too. I've got a lot of reading to do, two books to write and a job to find.
