The last time I've been to a bank was something like four-five months ago. This was also probably the last time I bought crypto with cash and the reason why I entered a bank in the first place. I had plenty of bad experiences with it over the years and I kind of swore to make that visit the last one.
I have no more cash available anymore for purchasing any crypto and I don't plan on cashing out any of my future profits from crypto in cash. I am determined to use stablecoins for as much as possible as a hedge against volatility once I will start unloading my bags.
What I found amazing while being at the bank on my so-called last visit to such an institution is the ignorance and naivety the bank employees are manifesting. For every hiccup that I encountered in my relationship with banks these "good employees of the bank" always found a way of pointing me to solutions that required zero human interaction.
Like pointing me to an ATM in order to top up my account with cash or using the mobile app for paying taxes. It was like they don't even see what was coming. Bots are going to take their jobs and they're gonna do that soon. Kraken just announced it's going to create its own bank, and trust me when I say, this thing won't have offices and headquarters.

It will only function in the virtual realm and this is just the beginning of such a trend. ChatGPT is already disrupting industries and it is a two months old product.
According to unusual_whales on Twitter ChatGPT will soon replace many jobs in the fields such as: "software engineers, data analysts, advertising, journalism, paralegals, market research analysts, teachers financial analysts, graphic designers, accountants and customer service agents...
This is something I was afraid was going to happen for a long time now... It was somehow in the cards. Humans, as stated by some of the elites are gradually becoming nothing more but "useless consumers". The question that arises now is: does A.I. threaten your job?
Well, in my case, a "poor Hive blogger", that won't be the case, as the stance regarding the use of A.I. for creating content on Hive is pretty clear for now.
Humanity is gradually pushed into full automation and the transition as well as the outcome won't be fun. If any of you think that when robots will do all the shit that we currently have to do nowadays, all we're gonna be left with, when the time comes, is enjoy all that free time we are left with, chances are you're damn wrong.
All that comes to my mind is drugs, UBI, shitty food, and metaverse. This is the soup that many of us will be served in the future as bots put their efficiency to work for us... I hope I'm wrong and the situation where A.I. is taking over most of the current human tasks will be of bon augur, but I doubt it.
What do you think, is A.I. a threat to humanity in any way? Is your job threatened by A.I.?
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
