The location I am going to share is a cloth shop which has many types of clothes and the name of the shop is Benarasi Ruprekha Sarees. This shop is located in a market and this shop is located in the north east corner of the market. It is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

I bought three pieces for my wife there. There are many types of collections there but I didn't like all of them so I bought one three piece from there. And the rest I bought from another shop. But the price seemed reasonable and it was priced at nine hundred taka. Basically I needed a common dress which I would use all the time so I took it in this rate.

This is their son-in-law's rate. However, the rest of their products are clothes, because they were purchased from there before, so I understood that they are less here than other stores. This shows that any customer has the opportunity to shop from here.
How would you describe the quality and appearance of the items in the store?
This store has many types of products starting from clothes, but the quality of the products is quite good. Only one thing caught my eye, that is that currently he has not been able to do a collection yet. He was supposed to bring a new collection from Dhaka, but due to a problem, he could not go to Dhaka, but he will add a new collection to his store very soon. However, all the items are full of quality, it can be said in one word.
Why did you choose to visit this particular store?
One reason for going here is that this store is on the second floor of our office. You can get good quality clothes there and since they are located in the market, you will get a lot of facilities. In addition, there will be a possibility of getting good quality because you have my shop here, so he will not take much profit from here. And he will not give bad quality clothes. That's why I like it.
How was the customer service and environment of the place?
Their customer service is of a higher standard, especially since they have a few employees here, but when we went, they were on vacation, so we met them, but the owner constantly maintains the shop, although the employees have vacations, but the owner is here since he is on vacation in his area. And to say that their customer service is fast and very polite, they treat customers and talk with a smile, which is why many customers come to shop there.
