The photographs that I am sharing here are photographs of Ankli. They are called Akriti in our regional language, but they are called differently in other homes, such as some people call them Kankrol. In order to constantly share photography with you, I came across these while taking this photograph today, so I thought I would present them.
These photographs were taken from a vegetable garden. These are basically very nutritious vegetables and they can be cooked in many ways. There are also a few varieties among them, such as various hybrids of indigenous species. However, yes, they look quite beautiful, as well as being delicious to eat, they look amazing.
