To compare crypto coins and exchanges:
Coingecko-my favorite part of coingecko is that when I click on any crypto, the front page will show the cryptos all time high (ATH), and show how far the current price is from the all time high
Coingecko is one of the first sites I go to compare crypto coins and exchanges. The NFT section is kind of weak since it only takes data from OpenSea
Coinmarketcap is another great site that I use to compare crypto coins and exchanges similar to Coingecko. I almost always compare the two sites when doing research on crypto coins and exchanges, and most of the time the data is more or less similar. When the data doesn’t agree, I try to figure out factors why they might be different, or just use an average of the two. The NFT section uses Solana and Binance smart chain NFTs only.
To research NFTs
CryptoSlam! Is my goto site when I want to check NFT data. Unlike the other resources that limit their data to a few sources, CryptoSlam! Has data across TEN different crypto blockchains, and gives me the best NFT blockchain and NFT collection data. For example, Ethereum of course leads the list, but FLOW (NBA TopShot) is number 2 on the list of NFT revenue
To research Blockchain Revenue
Token Terminal gives me the most useful information regarding which blockchains have the highest decentralized application (dApp) revenue. For example Ethereum, Bitcoin then Avalanche make up the top three, in that order!
To research Blockchain and Defi Total Value Locked
DefiLlama is the site that gives me quick access to the total amount of funds locked into a Blockchain or Defi
Ethereum, then Terra, then Binance?
When I use the above sites, I gain valuable information to allow me to decide whether or not I want to invest in a crypto or NFT, and also how much I want to invest
