Not long ago I wrote  CREX24 banned Germany and the Netherlands, it was like that, instant. Luckily I didn’t have funds there, at the time. So if you do have funds, take it out ASAP. You won’t be able to log in anymore soon. 

The reason being, European Union had a bill in the making, basically saying crypto exchanges, will be treated like banks, and need to collect people’s data. If needed the authorities can request what person/company is behind each transaction. New Crypto projects, in Europe need to register their white paper, and also collect information about their investors.  

The bill also tries to make it illegal to receive/give high  interest on stable coins. 

Its the first EU exchange acting on this. Countries worldwide all try to curb crypto and will they succeed?

IMO what will happen and is already happening, exchanges in USA will not accept US citizens, but will accept other countries citizens. Exchanges in Europe will ban EU citizens and accept USA citizens … and so. At the end of the day, I don’t belief authorities  can stop it, in the same want when the music business panicked about music shared for free. They found out once they embraced it, in stead of fighting it, they still were making money, way more money more even…
