I have not been able to write here for several days, honestly these last few days have been a bit hard, both because of my job, and because it has been difficult to make profits trading lately.
However I personally love to write and in particular about cryptocurrencies, so let's see how the current outlook continues:
Evidently we continue with a bear market, I have read some articles that speak that we may have a month or two more with this trend, personally I share the opinion, that what happens in technology markets such as "Nasdaq", affects the crypto market, which evidences the correlation between the two, as well as if a new increase in the FED is repeated (as it is expected), probably will have an impact on the fluctuations of investments, so I would not be surprised if the value of cryptocurrencies goes down again.
So I think the Bears will be with us for a while longer, now from a technical analysis I have found interesting some data, which have already been marked in other publications and is the market capitalization and percentage of fall of Bitcoin, in relation to the Altcoin. I share a screenshot of the percentage fall of the Bitcoin price in the last 7 days and the main Altcoin, according to market capitalization and it is observed that the one that has fallen the least has been Bitcoin in 1.95%, this is explained because the little capital that currently goes to the crypto market, is generally directed to the latter (compared to other times).
So with less capital circulating in the crypto market, it translates into a greater fall in the price of Altcoin, except for stable currencies such as USDT, USDC, BUSD, DAI and as an exception TRON, personally I will investigate this project a little more.

As a conclusion, if you are still investing in cryptocurrencies, even though every week that passes, you have seen the value of your investment decrease, if you have also invested in Altcoins like me in this last time, which confirms your lack of love towards your own money ... like me, then I can tell you ... please pass me your sister's phone number if she is over 18 years old or your mom's if she is under 45 years old haha.
Just kidding! Just enjoy this suffering and be happy, everything will pass (now readers will see how the phone numbers will be raining in the comments).
