I explained why narratives matter & how to make the most money finding the right narrative Pre-halving.

Why do I reference the halving, because once that happens the game changes.
Once the halving passes few coins have the time to really make a name for themselves before parabolic happens.

That is why you want to have your portfolio up to date once the halving starts. And because there are too many coins to pick from it´s easier to pick the narratives.

If you are lazy and want to know what my bets are when it comes to narratives and two possible gems read the rest.

The Safe Bet

L1´s and L2´s are a safe bet, especially if a good BTC Layer 2 comes up I will grab that chance, The problem with safe bets is that the returns are not that great. But who cares?

The Too Early If You Ask Me

Real World Assets (RWA)
Long term this is where you want to be and it even might fly already during this bull run.

Jamie Dimon the big-balls boss of JP Morgan hates Bitcoin, but loves to tokenize the hell out of real-world assets like stocks, bonds, real estate, and all that other boomer stuff.

That would increase the accessibility for small-time investors and allow you to buy a fraction of a real estate project instead of the whole project.

As I said I think this needs a little more time, but the narrative is solid.

Oracles

To do the above you need another narrative, Oracles. Oracles make the connection between real-world data and the blockchain.

They ensure that tokenized real-world assets are correctly represented on the blockchain.

This is too complex for retail if you ask me, but one of the biggest opportunities for blockchain, that is why I have my doubts. The vision is clear, and the mission is clear but it will take time.

DePin is even harder to understand for retail degens but, they are closer to having real-world use cases that are token incentivized.

Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) is the name for blockchain networks that use tokens to incentivize communities (not corporations) to build physical infrastructure networks (think mobility, electric vehicle charging, telecoms etc.) from the ground up.

DePin is a decentralized way of sharing certain skills, resources, or infrastructures.

Making better use of what we already have will resonate with the environmental retail nocoiners flowing into the space. and lending stuff that you don´t use is great for those who have no money to buy crypto. That is why I think DePin might just be key next run.

I mean even retail should get the below storage space, videos, and wireless coverage:

Filecoin (FIL): A peer-to-peer (P2P) storage network that provides a decentralized market for storage space. Filecoin’s crypto token, FIL, is used to pay storage space providers.

Helium (HNT): A network for wireless infrastructure. Helium enables people to purchase Helium hotspots to provide wireless coverage and earn its HNT tokens in exchange.

Theta Network (THETA): A decentralized, P2P blockchain-powered video delivery network. Its token, THETA, is used for governance, staking, validation of transactions, and the production of blocks

The Retail Narratives

Diversifying is fine but I want to end up holding the Retail Narrative as much as possible

AI - AI is the magic word, so that is a narrative you want to look at and ensure you don´t buy the keywords but invest in an actual project as there is a lot of blah blah and few good projects. So my advice DYOR.

I will focus most on these last narratives Gaming & Betting.

Betting

I bet you that Gambling will take off once all-time highs start breaking. Because retail will only be seeing dollar signs and will throw their profits on the gambling table dreaming of financial freedom.

This one is a no-brainer and you can get in late and still be on time because this narrative only runs when people will be making so much money they are going to spend on the stupidest stuff, women, and betting (Cars and Booze are wise choices).

Rollbit dit very nice so far Decentral games is upcoming. And this one is a real micro-cap little GEM in the gaming and gambling world.

Gaming

Now here I have a little contradiction, as I talked about the old narratives not having to be the new narratives.

The thing with gaming is that last bull run the crypto games were, a little messy to say the least. Done quick and Dirty and not at all interesting for a retailer looking for triple-A games.

Developing such a game takes years, so last run they just were not ready to reach retail.

Times They Are Changing

Since the last bull run Crypto Gaming received huge funding and that will result in huge returns and quality games for nocoiners.

Therefore the most logical narrative for me is gaming and there are different levels.

The safest is gaming infrastructure like Ronin.
Gaming Studios like Sky Mavis, Decentralan, and Imuatable X are probably the best risk/reward options.

And the biggest risk and highest returns are to be made in games, but only if they suck in those no-coiners.

I love to take long shots like GRAPE, but I always invest a bit conservatively in those. Something I did not do in this next coin. One of my larger investments is in $SHRAP. I touched on this coin last time and I promised to let you know why I am bullish on this one.

Well first of all the current price.
It´s not even up 2X since the launch while it launched in the most Bullish period of 2023.

But the first is definitely not the best.

This is an actual triple-A game, already building a huge community, available in the Epic store, developed and run by big names in the industry and to be released in 2025 at the top of the bull run.

This game has everything going for it, so it will probably fail but hey I did my research, I am early, and I like the narrative so it´s an educated bet.
