Full disclosure my second biggest holding is HIVE the only coin I hold more of is BTC and just look at this. The price is currently at its lowest in 3 years.

Now is HIVE the best coin to invest in?

Probably not, but I like the community, enjoy creating my content on HIVE, and like my upvote to be worth something hence holding a lot of staked HIVE.

On the platform I have seen many comments regarding people dreaming about breaking the previous ATH, and I am using HIVE as an example but the same goes for many coins that set a serious ATH during the previous cycle.

Don´t ask me why these people think that will happen again. Because evidence shows that the chances these coins have breaking the ATH are kinda slim.

Best example of course being Bitcoin Cash peaking in the 2017/2018 Bull Market and never coming back.

Or take IOTA

Or Dash

And this one I never heard of but it was a Top 10 Blue Chip coin during the 2017 Bull Run.

Out of the Top 10 from 2017 only 3 coins did better next bull.
BTC,ETH, and ADA

Lightcoin did manage to just break its ATH in 2021 but well not significantly.

And XRP, we all know their 2021 story so I will not mention them till after this bull run.

You´re so Funny

It´s so funny to see and hear predictions for these kinds of old-coins sound like alt-coins ....almost. The thing is, not everything gets better with age. I know I don´t.

I also know that I would not be holding any of those coins this run. If you invest in coins because right now they are a 100x away from their previous ATH good luck (staying poor).

The Point Is

What is the superior asset?
It´s the asset that keeps doing better every cycle?

What is the smartest asset?

The asset that makes the most gains in a single cycle.

The trick is, sell the smartest asset near the top store that fiat in something safe and buy the superior asset near the bottom.

We call that patience.

Bikini Bottom Line

It´s the dawn of a new age, and simultaneous the dawn of a new crypto bull market. And with everything going on, I would not be surprised if it would be the biggest and last real bull market.

• If institutions are buying crypto ETFS
• If nations are buying crypto as a reserve currency
• If boomers are buying crypto to add to their pension
• If presidents talk about crypto because they need the votes

You know that something changed these last couple of years.

Right now most ALTs are at a very low. Not that I am not telling you to sell, but you might want to swap some.
And I am not giving financial advice, but I can tell you that right now...at the darkest hour before we go PARABO or Bananas (whatever tickles your pickle) what I am not holding;

Most 2017 coins
Not even the Dec 2021 coins for that matter:

They all had their run to the sun, and yes SOL might do a 5X and BNB is not dead yet but no thanks I prefer to hold now-coins.

Coins that easily reach price discovery, coins that are diluted enough not to get dumped on by VC whales waiting. I am not saying new coins, I am saying now coins because some were around last cycle but probably will only see momentum this run.

Coins that speak to the now investors:

• Ronin as gaming is not dead
• FTM as Andre is back and Sonic is coming right on time.
• Mantra (OM) because tokenization of real-world assets is da bomb
• COTI because it stands out from all other L2s and did not go boom yet
• SUI because MOVE is gonna make it´s move this cycle
• ENS because a bigger chance of return than holding ETH
• LTO because it´s an original project with a real-world application

And last but not least Render because it´s versatile and touches on many now narratives such as AI, and RWA.

The rest of my holdings are just there because I don´t want to miss out on a possible 100X in the crypto casino that will open 2 months from now.
