You can't control shit except your state of mind.   So those who are addicted to control should learn that really the absolute control of people or situations is a chimera ...     I know that feeling in control of things gives us a certain sense of security, of tranquility, but this apparent security and tranquility is founded on quicksand.     So learn the lesson and do not waste time or energy trying to change people or situations, that is not and will never be under our control.     The only thing we can control if we put enough will, determination and discipline are our own mental states.     Control your own mind and change yourself for good.     By @Honeypete
