Binance, which is one of the most well-known cryptocurrency exchange website, has announced direct ''TRY-Turkish Lira'' deposit and withdrawals are now available via using bank transfers through AKBank. AKBank is known as ''the mosy crypto-integrated bank'' in Turkey because Turkish users are able to send and receive money through AKBank via using XRP-Ripple for over 15 months. 

On the official announcement, we understand that Turkish Lira as ''fiat money'' are now available for deposit/withdrawal actions after Papara as second option for Turkish Binance users. Also it will be free for 2-week period from now (until 16th of March). In this period, both deposit/withdrawal actions and trading with ''TRY pairs'' will be done without any fee. Users can buy ''BTC, BNB, BUSD, ETH, USDT and XRP'' with deposited Turkish Lira. After 16th of March, the withdrawal fee will be fixed to 2.5 TRY which is less than 0.5$, it's already less than any other local Turkish cryptocurrency exchanges and also some of cryptocurrencies. As a Turkish user, I must point that if Turkish local exchanges will not change their policy about withdrawal fees and time, it could be ''the beginning of the END'' for them. 

For this purpose, a company named as ''B Fintech Bilgi Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi’’ was found in Istanbul, at the end of Q3,2019. This company is found to take action between AKBank and Binance to let Turkish Binance users to send/receive TRY. Also when you want to send Turkish Lira to Binance, the IBAN code that shown on deposit page belongs to this company. 

I must point that you should pass KYC verification on Binance exchange to send Turkish Lira via using AKBank and it seems like only requirement for this purpose. Now let's check ''how to deposit Turkish Lira?''

1. Go to ''Wallet - Spot Wallet - Deposit - Fiat'' parts one-by-one using Binance. Then click '' Choose deposit method'' to continue.

2. On the next page, you'll see the blanks for ''transfer amount'' and ''transfer method'' parts. You can choose Papara or Bank Transfer methods on the lower blank and set the amount for Turkish Lira you want to send on the upper blank. After all, click ''Next'' for upcoming page. Please be careful about that: If you use Papara method to send Turkish Lira it will cost you 1% fee of all transferred amount but with bank transfer method, users are able to send and receive Turkish Lira without any fee for 2 weeks from now. 

3. After this step, we reached the last part of deposit action. On this page, you will see the bank IBAN code for transfer and unique code for users that they have write in ''description'' part when they're sending money to Binance. If you send money without writing this unique code to description part, it may result unsuccessful money transfer and may cost you additional 10 Turkish Lira to recover your funds back to your bank address. 

After you have completed all required steps, you can track the money you sent in the ''history'' page for deposits and via clicking ''go to history'' button on last page. After some confirmations, you can see the transferred amount of TRY on your ''Spot Wallet''. You can buy 6 different cryptocurrencies with using TRY: BTC, BNB, BUSD, USDT, XRP and ETH. All trading with using TRY will be fee-less for 2 weeks.

On the other hand, users are able to withdraw Turkish Lira directly into their AKBank account with similar steps. You should go to ''Spot Wallet - withdraw - Fiat currency - Turkish Lira'' and so on. The withdrawal fee will be ''0'' on the next 2 weeks again.
