Chicago Blackhawks - Carolina Hurricanes

Chicago have really impressed so far, but I think Carolina is a number too big. And the Canes will be out for revenge after that overtime loss against the Panthers. Carolina wins!

Florida Panthers - Detroit Red Wings

Florida just keep impressing. Detroit have had a good trend in the last few games, but I just don't see them win this one. Florida are my winners!

Edmonton Oilers - Calgary Flames

This is a tough one to call. Calgary have had a few less impressive games against Vancouver, and Edmonton has a positive trend. Markström has played a lot for the Flames, so they might need to give him some rest tonight. At the same time, Rittich looked solid when he entered the scene against the Canucks in the last game. But I think the biggest reason why the Flames struggled in their last game was that Vancouver managed to stop their zone entries. I'm not so sure that the Oilers can pull that off. I'm changing my mind at every second. I might as well flip a coin, but okay, I'll go with the Oilers. Edmonton wins. Maybe.

Winnipeg Jets - Vancouver Canucks

Vancouver looked really solid against the Flames. But much revolved around them managing to prevent Flames to get zone entries. Are the Jets as easy to stop? They've got quite some quality wingers, not to mention centers, though Dubois is injured right now. I favor the Jets to win, but it's probably a close game.
