New York Islanders - New Jersey Devils

I think the Islanders have looked really good lately, and they are the better team. New York Islanders win!

Buffalo Sabres - New York Rangers

The Rangers have shown great form recently, and the Sabers have... Not. New York Rangers win!

Philadelphia Flyers - Pittsburgh Penguins

Philly have won both of the previous meetings. Pittsburgh are in much better form than they were last time they met though. I think this one could go either way, but I give the Flyers the upper hand. Philadelphia wins!

Detroit Red Wings - Columbus Blue Jackets

While Detroit are not as bad as last year, and win here and there, the Blue Jackets just have to be the better candidate here. Columbus wins!

Ottawa Senators - Montreal Canadiens

Ottawa has been way better the last few weeks, than earlier in the season. The Habs have a trajectory in the opposite direction. Back to back game for the Senators, while the Canadiens are rested. It could go either way, but I think that the Habs might have more energy, and they just have to get a win now. So Montreal wins.

Carolina Hurricanes - Nashville Predators

The Canes are at a whole other level than the Preds this season. Nashville are more rested, but I still think it's an easy pick - Carolina wins!

Vancouver Canucks - Winnipeg Jets

So, the Nucks really gave the Jets a whopping last night. It's hard to gauge this one. Has the Canucks finally found their game? Will the Jets bounce back? It's a tough call, but I say Winnipeg wins!

Tampa Bay Lightning - Dallas Stars

Do I need to explain myself, even? Tampa Bay wins!
