Calgary Flames - Montreal Canadiens
The Flames HAVE to win this one. It's the last, faint hope for them. They play the Habs five time this month, and this is the first of these meetings. If they win all five, they will be ahead in points, but Montreal will have games in hand. Do I think they can do that? It feels far-fetched. But is it possible? Yes. And I think they will give it their everything at least until they lose a game. Thus I expect a really good game from them here. On the other hand, they played last night, while the Habs are rested. Still though, desperation can take a team far. Calgary wins!
Winnipeg Jets - Ottawa Senators
The Jets lost a game against the Sens the other night. That shouldn't happen again here though. The Jets are the better team, and they shouldn't lose here. Winnipeg wins!
Colorado Avalanche - St Louis Blues
Will this game even get played? There have been positive Covid tests in the Avalanche team I've heard. On the other hand, I still see the broadcast listed. I don't think there will be a game, but if there is one, I go with the supreme team. Colorado wins!
Vegas Golden Knights - Los Angeles Kings
Vegas have gotten their scoring going, and now they have also picked up Mattias Janmark. Could the Kings give them a scare? Sure, but it's unlikely. Vegas wins!
Anaheim Ducks - San Jose Sharks
The Ducks rained on the Sharks' parade in the last meeting, winning the game, and thus making their playoff hopes very much worse. The Sharks are a better team though, and they will want revenge. So I say - San Jose wins!
Arizona Coyotes - Minnesota Wild
I just realized I'm late with this one. I'm oblivious to the score, so for fun I'll take a Wild shot here. Minnesota wins? Won?
In summary, my winners are:
Calgary Flames
Winnipeg Jets
Colorado Avalanche (if there is a game)
Vegas Golden Knights
San Jose Sharks
Minnesota Wild
