Edmonton Oilers - Montreal Canadiens

The Oilers finally managed to beat the Leafs. They should come in to this game with confidence. The Habs have been on a long Covid break, and might be rusty. The outcome is open but I have a clear favourite. Edmonton wins!

New Jersey Devils - Boston Bruins

Boston has struggled lately, and they've struggled against New Jersey. The Devils have looked better again in the last few games, after a bad spell. The Bruins should be the better team normally, but I have to go with the Devils here. New Jersey wins!

Washington Capitals - New York Rangers

Two really hot teams face off here. I feel this one could go either way, but I have to go with the Caps. They have such a strong trend, and they just seem to find ways to win right now. Washington wins!

Columbus Blue Jackets - Tampa Bay Lightning

Tampa have lost a couple of games. I expect them to be out for blood. The Blue Jackets are struggling at the moment. I expect a one-sided game. Tampa Bay wins!

Detroit Red Wings - Florida Panthers

The Red Wings have played well lately, and taken a few scalps. The Panthers should be the superior team, but how much will the injury to Ekblad impact them? I see a possible upset here, but most likely, the Panthers will do what needs to be done. Florida wins!

Carolina Hurricanes - Chicago Blackhawks

The Blackhawks have struggled for a while now, even though they have managed to grab a win now and then. I don't count them out, but I have to go with the Canes here. They are just amazing. Carolina wins!

Dallas Stars - Nashville Predators

The Stars impress in some games, and the opposite in some. The Predators have played well lately. This is a huge game for both teams, as they both fight for the last playoff spot. It's currently in Nashville's hands. I feel this game could go either way, but the Predators have shown good form lately, so I will go with them. Nashville wins!
