Carolina Hurricanes - Florida Panthers

A matchup between two of the three teams that stand out as serious contenders in this division. The Canes really feel that Teräväinen is missing, but they have kept playing well without him. I think this game can go either way, but if I have to pick a winner, I will go with the Canes. So, Carolina wins, I guess.

Calgary Flames - Ottawa Senators

After a major hiccup in the first game, the Flames came back stronger for the second game. They are a better team, all things considered, and while I don't trust them, I have to give them the edge. Calgary wins!

Vancouver Canucks - Winnipeg Jets

The Jets are the boogeyman of the Canucks. And the Nucks also don't look great this season. Winnipeg wins.

Toronto Maple Leafs - Edmonton Oilers

Toronto are the best team in this division. While the Oilers have looked good lately, I still think that the Leafs have the best chance here. Toronto wins!

Minnesota Wild - Vegas Golden Knights

The Wild are crazy good right now! They're on quite a run, but Vegas is on another level than most of the teams Minnesota has beaten in that run. I really struggle to decide for this one, but I lean toward that the run ends here. Vegas wins!

St Louis Blues - Anaheim Ducks

The Blues have been up and down lately, but against the Ducks, the only think that speaks for a loss is if Gibson or Miller, whoever starts the game, steals it for Anaheim. I have to say, St Louis wins!

Colorado Avalanche - San Jose Sharks

A super strong Colorado team against a meh San Jose team. Not much to say, other than... Colorado wins!
