Vancouver Canucks - Ottawa Senators

The Canucks struggle with the Senators. I think this one could go either way, but the Nucks really need to win this one now, to give chase for the last playoff spot. I think that should give them a little extra fire, so I'll lean their way. Vancouver wins!

St Louis Blues - Minnesota Wild

The Wild have won seven games in a row. They seem to fly under the radar though, as it hasn't generated a lot of buzz. And when playing at home, they've won 17 out of 21 games. The Blues come from a double win against Colorado, but it was an injury ridden Avs team. Still, O'Reilly looked great, and they have some good this to bring with them from those games, besides four points. But as things stand right now, the come to St Paul as underdogs. Minnesota wins!

Toronto Maple Leafs - Montreal Canadiens

The Leafs look really good right now. The only cloud in their otherwise clear sky is that their goaltending is a bit shaky. But they play really well. The Habs managed to win the last game against Calgary, which should give them some relief. I expect it to be a major morale booster for them, and they need that. They've really struggled to score for a while now. I expect that to be their downfall here. Toronto wins!

Edmonton Oilers - Winnipeg Jets

Edmonton outright destroyed Winnipeg the other night. The Jets will be looking to bounce back after that awful game. I think they will to some extent, because they cannot go out as bad as that one. But I don't expect them to get any revenge. The Oilers are simply far better right now. Edmonton wins!

Colorado Avalanche - Vegas Golden Knights

This is a game with the big guns. This would normally be a very hard one to call, but I think there's a clear cut favourite here. The Avs have struggled lately, and they have a few key pieces out with injuries. Meanwhile, the Golden Knights are playing better than ever, and they have won a whooping nine games in a row. Vegas wins!

Anaheim Ducks - Los Angeles Kings

So, have the Kings woken up again? Or was that last game just an outflier? Either way, they looked better than the Ducks. I'll give them the chance to build on that. Los Angeles wins!

Arizona Coyotes - San Jose Sharks

The Coyotes... What to think of them? I think they will shape up for this game though. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Arizona wins!
