Boston Bruins - New York Islanders
These teams are so close. I feel I could pick either side. But I think the Bruins have more scoring power. And Rask is expected to start tonight, after a rest in game 2. He's been very, very solid in this playoff run. I think I lean stlightly towards the away team here. Boston wins!
Carolina Hurricanes - Tampa Bay Lightning
Mrazek starts in net for the Canes. I guess they feel they have to change something, for something to change. Not sure it's the right move though. Nedeljkovic has been amazing, apart from really just one single time, and that was costly. Still, he bounced back well from that. But Mrazek is a good goalie. Putting him in doesn't mean throwing away the game. What to think though? The Bolts have just won two in a row on the road, and here they have a chance to really put the Canes on the spot, and do so at home ice. I think the Canes were unfortunate to lose in the first two games, but playing Tampa in Tampa is a different beast. Getting a win now will be hard. I am torn about what side to pick, but I lean towards the home ice advantage. Tampa Bay wins!
