Cutting Technique is a self defense Techniques that have the energy like the Techniques name it is a slicing circular type of energy that has a cutting effect.
Everyone is afraid of a whip because with the whip it cut the skin and has an Cutting type of energy. When using the cutting technique you must have the body move the arm with little or no energy in the arm itself. The arm basicly becomes a whip to apply the cutting energy.
