Hey guys,
This is the first time I filmed doing my own nails. For this look I got inspired by korean pop music. I really like the theme and mood of Stray Kids’ Maxident Album — there are both cute, romantic and dark elements to it. So the colors black, pink and blue came to my mind. This Nail Art Tutorial is especially inspired by the songs ‘Taste’ of ‘CASE 143’. While ‘Taste’ has a dark and mystic sound and is about a dangerous and addicting kind of love as told in these lyrics:
Kiss me or leave me
어중간한 자리에 서고 싶지 않아
Kiss me or hate me
Soft한 이 상황 속 날 봐줘 babe
‘CASE 143’ is much more upbeat and sweet and talks about the giddy feelings of falling in love described in the lyrics as follows:
Why do I keep getting attracted?
니 모습만 떠올라
I cannot explain this emotion
One four three, I love you!
Watch all the steps to create this cute and romantic nail look.
None of the products are sponsored and you can recreate the look with similar products in the comfort of your own home. All the steps are described in the captions of my video.
The basic materials include:
- black or dark nail polish
- clear nail polish with glitter
- opaque white nail polis
- a toothpick
- adhesive tape
I used a solid back nail polish as the base tone. To the Nail tips I added pink und blue sparkle nail polish and fixated everything with a clear top coat. Further decorative patterns were added with opaque white nails polish and applied with a toothpick and a self-made nail stencil for the hearts.
I hope you will enjoy this tutorial and fun creating your own look with these simple techniques. If you have questions or feedback, please write them in the comments! Thank you reading and watching! :)
