First Harvest Part 2

We didn't think we would get anything out of the covered row.

I thought the cabbages had all been eaten by the caterpillars, but we actually got four, one big one and three small to medium-sized.

I did have to dump two cabbages that were mostly eaten and covered in eggs and goo.

I had forgotten we even planted broccoli.

We got five broccoli heads, two small to my dad, one big to my mother-in-law, and we kept a medium-sized one for ourselves.

The fifth broccoli head was tiny.

That was a whole plant haha I don't know what happened to it.

I planted shitloads of the purple haze carrots, but I only got one, I put them down wrong though, so my own fault.

There is nothing better than eating your own homegrown food, although I should have peeled these spuds before cooking them.
