Collecting Seaweed For Fertiliser

We went to our local beach, which is just a 5 minute drive from the farm to collect seaweed.

I thought we were going to have to walk around for a while looking for seaweed, a bit of an adventure for our toddler but that was not the case, the first thing we saw when we got to the beach was a mountain of seaweed.

We filled our bag with seaweed and went for a walk on the beach. Its a beautiful beach.

It wasn't the nicest days but for here in Ireland at this time of year this was a good day to get out and about.
