Thinking about working in Web3, or has your favorite podcast convinced you it’s time to make the plunge?

I’ve been in your shoes since January (A large amount of denied emails) and it has been a rollercoaster! I’ve applied to primarily companies that I feel are reputable and have only received a handful of callbacks.

If you are also a not-technical person with more soft skills than hard, you may feel the same pain as myself. I’ve become numb to the thank you for applying we will keep your resume in mind email.

But I’m not stopping.
Keep your head up though and keep applying where you feel you fit. If it’s something you truly want to do (which for me it is) keep plugging away. I know that eventually we will find something, it may not be perfect but we just have to get our feet in the door!

Don’t be put down keep researching and applying. Try establishing a network and keep learning.
