What is GNC? 

GNC or Good $ News Coin(s) is an ERC-20 token based on the Fuse Blockchain layer of the Ethereum network. Sometimes referred to as a layer-2 solution. 

How can you get GNC?

You can get GNC in 4 ways currently:

• You can swap existing Fuse Based tokens such as Fuse, GoodDollar, Kyber Network Crystals or Tether using the FuseSwap interface at fuseswap.com. 

• You can donate your existing Fuse Based tokens to this Intake address: 0x19C574Be67Ae6e005F59142d38411afB03DB3a66.

You will help us raise the price while also getting a bonus back in return. 

• Basically, You send your coins, Fuse, GoodDollar, etc., to the intake wallet, we then do this calculation to determine the total target price or TTP: 
  • The TTP formulation is currently the price of Fuse divided by 10 plus the price of GoodDollar multiplied by 10. Then divided by 2. That gets us our TTP. 
  • Once we have the TTP we look at the current price of GNC. 
  • If GNC’s price is less than the TTP, the funds sent to the intake wallet buyback GNC on FuseSwap to increase the price and refill the dispersal account. 
  • If the price of GNC is higher than the TTP the donated funds get added to Liquidity, which lowers price slippage for trading, making such each GNC is actually worth what it says it’s worth. 
• When you donate the rewards are as follows:
  • 1 FUSE donated to the GNC Intake Wallet returns 10 GNC to the donor. That donated Fuse is then added to the GNC Intake Wallet's LP in Fuse/GNC growing liquidity for GNC, value for the token holder by increasing the overall price of GNC, and finally the health of the ecosystem as a whole.
  • 1.5 G$ donated to the GNC Swap Wallet returns 1 GNC to the donor.
  • 1 ETC donated to the GNC Swap Wallet returns 2 GNC to the donor.
  • 50 GNC is returned for each USD in Fuse-backed Stablecoins donated. (USDc, Tether, Dai, fUSD)
  • 75 GNC is returned for the following currencies per dollar of value donated. Wrapped BTC, Wrapped ETH, & KNC.

• You can buy FuseDollar through the Fuse Wallet app available on iOs and Android devices and then swap that stablecoin to your wallet connected to FuseSwap to then do either of the previous two options. 

• You can participate in either of the two community Telegram group chats and earn XP and reputation thanks to the programming team over at Combot.

  • Earn Rep and GNC by being active in chat. Here are the details on our first public faucet program.

    • Reputation module lets users upvote/downvote other users by replying to their messages. By default, "+" upvotes and "-" downvotes.

    • Combot can award users with a randomized amount of XP (between 1 and 12) for their text messages, once in 1—4 minutes.

    • 1 in 1000 messages awarded XP will be awarded a Jackpot at 50x multiplier. Once you hit a jackpot, you can then cash out your earned XP as GNC and have it be reset on the Combot interface.

    • In order to cash out your earned XP you must hit level 25 or hit a jackpot.

    • A jackpot-winning chat will be announced by @combot and it will look something like this.“7️⃣7️⃣7️⃣ Lucky message! {name} has received {xp} XP! Contact @x5ofspadez to redeem your Jackpot for GNC!" If you see this message just feel free to message a group admin. 

• You can participate in various giveaways on the Good News$ Podcast and hopefully other partners to come in the future. 

What can you do with GNC? 

• Right now we are marketing the coin as a trading instrument on the Fuse Network, aiming to be a market aggregator of value and as an alternative, less volatile solution to holding a large supply of one or two tokens. We also aim to mitigate some risk for Fuse exclusive investors. By targeting a fixed point between the value of the network’s two largest coins, you may not get the massive up spikes, but you also be less likely to see the massive dips. 
• In the future, we have plans for integrating with content creators, artists, musicians, writers, teachers, to be used as appreciation and rewards tokens. Both ways, from fan to the creator and from creator to fan. We plan on running existing community polls and votes based on voting with GNC. This interaction would try to get highly requested creators onboarded by a “community funded donation and nomination campaign”. 
• The GNC team will also be working with creators to try to onboard more users outside of the existing target audience’s influencers of choice. 
• The plan is to have GNC be a universally excepted form of appreciation, in big ways or small. The price of the coin will be tied to the health and volatility of the Fuse Market but will ultimately have some value to the creators and the community at large. 
• We believe that this value should also be easily quantifiable to normal non-crypto connoisseurs. In saying this, the goal for the coin is to hold a minimum value of 1 cent US. We obviously cannot guarantee that, but thanks to buybacks and donations received, we will try to do this as a team as we believe it is important to have an easily distinguished real-world value.
• You can donate or gift to friends family or someone you know who may be interested in crypto! As a community rewards token, the idea is mass adoption and mass distribution of the rewards that we distribute. Giving someone some GNC as a way to introduce them, is a way to bring more people into decentralized finance, and that is the ultimate goal of this project. 

Where is GNC currently trading?

• Right now, we are trading exclusively on FuseSwap with other platforms under consideration in the future.
