There is a old country Merle Haggard song lamenting when a dollar was a silver coin. Today dollars are created as if there is no limit to the blindness of the populations who still think the dollars has intrinsic value. Which as a fiat currency its real value, it's intrinsic value is ZERO. Yet many American's still have faith in this relic of monetary debt currency that is without value. Since its creation the Federal Reserve has failed in its mandate of stopping BOOMS and BUST in the economy. Instead they create them. Today people value my house at a price six time higher than I paid and the city raised my tax value $95K in one shot. That is a pure SCAM. The house is not worth $95K let alone raising the taxes to such a outrageous amount. The city officials are just ill informed and could care less the hardship that is imposed on the people.
