I have been trying to learn about the banking system, the monetary system, fiat currency and "real" money for years. Everyday I learn something I did not know in regards to this system. The London Gold and Silver markets in injunction with the NYC markets control the price of gold and silver. Which have been controlled via mechanics of volatility and paper contracts of (fiat gold and silver) on the markets in London and NYC.
I knew this much, yet I learned it was all planned to get people to NOT buy gold and silver over the years. Something like 1% of Americans own one ounce of gold. Maybe in jewelry they own it but not in coins. Fewer people own silver the market is small and yet the product is in demand for solar and EV and smart phones and on and on. Yet it is not considered worth owning you are told by the market investors. Gold and silver do not change price fiat currency grows weaker and we see it falling and continuing to fall. After all it is a useless piece of paper debt, i.e. a I.O.U. note from a bankrupt monetary system, backed by the full force of a monolith government telling you it has value. DUH!
Bitcoin created by the CIA as far as I can dig and find. I wrote a article about a year ago telling of how I wrote FOIA request and the answer via US Mail letter was. The information could not be provided due to "national security concerns." THINK abut what they implies! It implies that my question is dead on with who created Bitcoin. Thus I simply hang on to the small amount I have just to see what will happen with this market. Which I am not against in any way, I simply have not faith it will last.
And NOW:
Price discover in gold and silver is something I did not understand completely until I understood the Precious Metals markets. Paper fiat gold and silver trade as if they were real products that were traded for fiat value. But now the world has seen the game and understand the rules and players on the metals markets and demanding delivery of the actually gold and silver as agreed to in the contracts. This is draining the markets and the actual price of physical gold and silver is being discovered due to this action because the supply on hand is going down and it must be found and delivered. If not it is not a real market is it?
Those paper fiat gold and silver "contracts" on the futures markets is why gold and silver is thought of as relics by MOST people in Western Society today.
The nations of the Eastern Societies who are not "Americanized" and does not have "western" values love gold and silver. In India as I understand it people wear their wealth.
The fiat currency has placed in the hands of people in power to due as the damn well please. Yet if there ability was restrained by a system that requires something PHYSICAL to be given in exchange that has ACTUAL value there would not be nearly as many problems with all the wars of endless time that the fiat currency demands or else it will implode. You can see the system being printed into oblivion as the US CONGRESS just created 3 trillion we are told in new fiat worthless paper debt.
I understand the arguments of Bitcoin and crypto many are correct. I think of Bitcon and crypto as nothing more than a type of product. I have mined crypto, I have played the game and I now think of Bitcoin as the top quality vinyl record, say a orig UK Issue of a Beatles album or some rare pressing of some small band from some small town that no one has ever heard of that cannot be found. Truly rare indeed. I think of the meme coins as pet rocks but that is just me. People made millions selling pet rocks which I think is funny, comical, a waste of currency and useless but people bought them. So why not.
However, I propose from what I seem to understand and think is that Bitcoin and crypto in general is just another way to keep people from owning physical gold and silver just as the fiat paper contracts sold in the millions when that product does not even exist. Very much like Bitcoin and crypto.
Do they really exist?
I know, I know and to each his own.
Yet, this is the reality I have come to believe.
Buying $40 worth of physical silver I can hold in my hand or $40.00 worth of "digital air" as Bill Holter states.
UM! Sorry, I just cannot accept a digital reality that is simply digits on a piece of memory of a computer for security and investment.
However just like vinyl records if you know it is just a product to sell and profit off well ok. The value of records goes up and down. I have been offered many different prices for records some were worth accepting and some were not.
My faith in crypto is nil.
I have some Bitcoin and crypto in two digital wallets, neither one opens any more. I have most of my Bitcoin and crypto on Coinbase I still cannot access the accounts due to the ridiculous ID request of Coinbase. Spent 4 hours on the phone twice trying to reopen the account. Over a years time and I still cannot get access.
As far as I am concerned it is a foolish person who thinks there is security in owning Bitcoin and crypto as there sole source of financial security in a world with our electrical grid is weak, our monetary system is a fraud with congress creating "fiat currency" out of thin air. Where "stable coins" are tied to US Treasuries and their are no buyers except for the Federal Reserve. Security is not a digital world, that is an illusion just like the paper contracts on the precious metals exchanges that sell gold and silver contracts for a product that DOES NOT EXIST. Paper contracts as sold in the millions above the actual mine output per year. Its' all smoke and mirrors so you will not buy physical gold and silver.
