We've all heard of financial literacy, but what about crypto literacy? I would define Crypto Literacy as the ability for people to understand how to use cryptocurrency. For us, we see this as the main barrier to the mass adoption of cryptocurrency. It's not the technology, as blockchain and cryptocurrencies are getting better every single day. It's not the geo-economic climate, because there has never been a better time to dump FIAT for crypto. It's the ability for people to understand WHY to invest in cryptocurrency. This is both Financial Literacy, and Crypto Literacy. For a lot of people, the concepts and lessons you need to know in order to invest in cryptocurrency are just too abstract. Wallets, Keys, Exchanges, Trades, and Fees are all things that make the average individual uncomfortable. The thing is, each one of these concepts are all something every is familiar with anyway. There is a real problem with people that explain cryptocurrency with all the big technical terms that scare people off. This deters people from learning, and thus, adopting this new form of money.
